Travel Day

Arrived in Irun, Spain at 5:00pm Sunday May 31, after 16 hrs on planes, 6  1/2 hrs on Trains

   And a little walk. All checked into our first Albergue.

  and got our first stamp.  All I can say is it's been a long two days with no horizontal time so I can't wait to climb in my bunk.   Oh we did find our first yellow arrow

  This is the hill we will be walking on top of tomorrow.

Training 2015

•      Camino time is getting closer, backpacks are getting heavier, almost ready to start taking things out to lighten the load.  We did a  Mother's Day training hike of 16.5 miles and over 2,000ft elevation gain with our packs and were beat when we got back...and only two plus weeks till we leave for Madrid.  Check back around June first if you want to follow our Camino adventures.
